Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.
We understand that you may want to test our products before committing to it. If you've opened a product and it doesn't work for your skin, we're happy to work with you—please contact our customer service team to discuss your options.
Return Conditions & Exceptions
Items Eligible for Return:
- Items returned within 30 days of delivery
- Products with proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Items NOT Eligible for Return:
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Clearance or final sale items (marked at checkout)
Defective Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Contact Us Email our customer service team at support@faithfullypure.com or use the contact form on our website. Include your order number and reason for the return.
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization We'll review your request and provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Most requests are processed within 48 business hours.
Step 3: Ship Your Return Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided using the return label. Please keep your tracking number for your records.
Step 4: Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
Shipping & Refund Details
Return Shipping: We provide a prepaid return shipping label for all eligible returns. Simply print the label and attach it to your package. If you prefer to use your own shipping method, you may do so, but you'll be responsible for those costs.
Refund Amount: Full refunds include the product price and applicable taxes. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges: If you'd like to exchange an item for a different product, please let us know. We'll arrange an exchange at no additional cost if the items are of equal value.
